behind the scenes

So two weeks ago I had a really enjoyable visit from editor Helle & AD Kitty from Elle Decoration, amazing stylist Jannicke Kråkvik and photographer Trine Thorsen.

Seems like my bookshelf will occupy the cover of next months Elle Decoration, out february 27.

I´m super exited and humble.

a sneak peek

So... it´s out there...

My home will be on display for everyone to see in the next number of Elle Decoration. Such an honor, and great fun -but at the same time so scary.

The styling was done by Kirsten Visdal and photos by Trine Thorsen.

So inspiring to see how they work - I had a blast!

And for now, a sneak peek from the bookshelf in my living room. Not a lot of space for my books,but a great place to store all of my ceramics....

Wow! Going to Paris in two days, maybe I´ll pass this mirrored installation by Leandro Erlich.... Bâtiment (Building) is on display at Le 104- A massive building facade is constructed on the floor near a towering mirror giving anyone reflected the uncanny appearance of being weightless.

Slow wood

Got to love these tables from Slow wood....

Dutch off course, seems like everything I fall in love with is.

The simple construction and the honesty in use of material, just can´t go wrong with that.

Each piece is handmade with love and attention by local craftsmen in Fryslan, using solid wood, 100% natural finishes and mineral paint.
